Owner- Sales- Rep Program
You can become a sales representative for Creative Marine Products and earn some good extra income if you are willing to talk with other boaters about our products Creative Marine Products is a small company that manufactures Super Max anchors and sells them and other special marine products produced by others over the internet or by telephone. Our competitors are mostly large corporations with many retail outlets and hundreds of salesmen Competing with them is difficult. We do advertise in some magazines, but our advertising dollars are insignificant compared to our competitors' So we would like to creep up on them by using a new approach.
We would like our present Max and Super Max anchor owners who know through their own experience show good they are in all sea bottoms to tell other boaters about their own experiences and the benefits of using an anchor that works well in all bottoms. Then other products that we sell may come up in the conversation and as a result a sale may take place. By following our guidelines, when a sale does occur, a commission check will be sent by Creative Marine Products to you.
How does one qualify?
One must be a Max or Super Max anchor owner, or have owned one in the
past, and have sent in a warranty card as evidence of ownership,
What are the commissions?

How does an Owner-Sales-Rep have the sale recorded by Creative Marine Products?
There are three ways of doing this. One way is by filling out al! the
information on the secure order form including credit card information on the Creative
Marine web site (http://www.creativemarine.com), and after stating the items ordered and
pricing information, record your name, address and telephone number as Owner-Sales-Rep.
Another way is for the same information to be telephoned in to
Would the potential buyer of one of the Creative Marine Products items be suspicious of the real benefits or values of the item being talked about by the Owner-Sales-Rep because he knows or suspects the Owner-Sales-Rep will earn a commission on the sale? Possibly, if the Owner-Sales-Rep does not counter this by telling the potential buyer that the Max and Super Max anchors have been on the market for over ten years, are accepted by virtually everyone who has ever owned one as being the best anchor they ever used, and that the other products in the catalog are all equally good products that are useful and of good quality. A recent quote by e-mail to Creative Marine Products reflects this: "Before buying the Max, I asked everyone that I saw cruising with one, what they thought about the anchor and every person said it is the best and use it as their primary anchor. I agree, it is the best anchor that I have ever used, and I cruise up and down the East coast from Canada to Florida." It should also be said that you, the owner-sales-rep, do not feel altogether secure knowing that the boat anchored next to you does not have a Super Max anchor down, and that you do not want to be awakened in the middle of the night by his boat dragging down on you.
On our part, we would rather pay a commission to and thank a satisfied owner and receive the positive results of. a sale than pay for advertising that may or may not bring results. The best advertising is acknowledged to be "word-of-mouth" advertising which stems in our case to satisfied customers.
How do you get started?
If you don't recall whether you sent in a warranty card, you can call
in at 800-824-0355 and we will verify it for you (We do not keep records of
sales past 90 days, but we do keep all of the warranty cards) Once established, just keep
talking to other boaters. This program does not apply to sales of Skimmer Boats
