No personal information regarding our customers is collected on this site other than addresses and telephone numbers necessary to respond to customers. Order information is retained in encoded form. None of this information or data is shared with any other persons or enterprises. Customers may not see encoded information, but if an error occurred in the transmission, it can be rectified by calling in the correction by telephone or by emailing it to our address. All information given us by customers is encoded and not available to anyone other than employees of Creative Marine Products. That information is periodically deleted from our computer files. Warranty cards and invoice copies are maintained however for a period of years in a Company files. These are not available to anyone outside of the Company. In the event a customer has a privacy problem in connection with this Company, and if the problem cannot be resolved between the Company and customer, it will be referred to the Better Business Bureau for arbitration.
